1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device and remember information about your visit — for example your authentication session or display preferences.
Alongside cookies, Contera also uses similar technologies such as localStorage, which live on your device but are not sent to servers on every request.
2. Controller
Cookies are placed by NORTEC BLANC S.R.L. (CUI 41773828, J03/2526/2019), the operator of the Contera platform, or by the third-party providers listed below.
3. Cookie categories
3.1 Strictly necessary (always on)
Required for the platform to work (authentication, security, remembering your cookie preference). They cannot be disabled and do not require consent under Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC.

Analytics cookies are active only on the marketing site (contera.ro) and only if you have given explicit consent. The app itself (app.contera.ro) does not use analytics cookies.

Strictly necessary cookies are placed without consent under Article 4(5)(a) of Romanian Law 506/2004. Analytics cookies are placed based on your consent, expressed through a clear affirmative action in the consent banner (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
